The latest thing in Yi-Lan is creative cousin and the most popular restaurant of creative cousin is GlassHouse without doubt. What is creative cousin about? There's no menu for customers to order . The chief cooks the dishes base on what ingredients he get at that day and his "innovative" idea. You will be bowled over because you will never know what is the next  you will have.

If you want to dine at Glasshouse during the weekdays, you need to make reservation at least one month ago. If you want to go during the weekend or holidays, you have better to have a quick hand , you probably need to ring the phone 6 months ago.

Restaurant is located at countryside of Yi-lan, we took some time to re-position several times via GPS to find the way.  Well, you know why it is named as GlassHouse from it's appearance

Seafood and vegetable Hotpot . This soup base really provoke my taste . The seafood and vegetable make the soup so fresh ,sweet and delicate.

NT$ 600 per person include service charge.   NT$500 and NT$800 are also at option. 

Generally speaking, the food are fresh but not  impressed me so much. Maybe it's because I tried few no menu restaurants already so that it cannot make me feel innovated anymore.  You might try next time and tell me what you feel. 

P.S. I should take picture with depression angle. It will make food looking more tasty.
